How Is Le Creuset Numbered

UFC 93: An eye for an eye - Review

The Dublin venue means two things: first
Fight Card weak because of the low PPV-Einnahmen bei europäischen Events
2. Tolle Stimmung durch die irischen Fans

Marcus Davis – Chris Lytle (WW)

Sieger
: Marcus Davis durch Split Decision

Denis Kang – Alan Belcher (MW)

Rousimar Palhares – Jeremy Horn (MW)
Palhares erweist sich als kräftiger (wink, wink) und technisch versierter; er kontrolliert den Kampf und wirft the question of how box-shaped man can be built before it mutates into a cartoon character / WWE star. Horn, brain and heart make for a good fight, Rousimar for a promising future of the family Palhares.

winner
: Rousimar Palhares via Unanimous Decision

Mauricio "Shogun" Ru a - Marc Coleman (LHW)
The former King of the Light Heavyweight Shogun is back after botched UFC debut and lengthy knee injury . Coleman was once the most feared fighters in the world. This, however, ten years ago. The biggest question is well who is in worse shape?
first Round: Shogun lands a few hard hits, Coleman the takedown. Varied, fast-paced action. Towards the end of the round Coleman tired visibly.
second Round: Coleman is as tired as Tank Abbott in the morning. Shogun impressed with good and technically adept Striking ground combat. He begins, however, too many hard hits in an unnecessary exchange of blows. Towards the end of the round exhausted and Shogun, so that he has a promising position (omoplata) is not used to end the struggle, but as a breather.
third Round: Shogun Coleman brings to the floor. Here are three minutes Ground and Pound, Matrix-style. Shogun, which could be Coleman's son, meanwhile, is close to the circulatory collapse. Shortly before the end of the round gives the referee Shogun Coleman the opportunity to knock in the state, what does this with a beautiful uppercut also (see photo).
said in an interview after the fight Shogun to be back to 100%. In his ability to meet the, but not on his physical condition. In this form it is quickly disappearing from the UFC as Michael Shepherd in "America's Got Talent".

winner
: Shogun by TKO in the third round

Rich Franklin - Dan Henderson (LHW)
Franklin fled to the next higher weight class because he had an average weight no chance at the title. Henderson moved to middleweight because he could not do anything in the LHW.
now meet both light heavyweight to send just the winner of the fight in the middleweight division, to compete against Bisping ... no comment.
first Round: Hendo sunk his heavy rights and brings Franklin to case, it follows one minutes Ground and Pound. The rest of the round alternate technology (Franklin) and Power (Hendo) from. Franklin is now more often use its range advantage in punches and kicks. Shortly before the end of round two encounter each other with their heads, a big cut open to Franklin's forehead.
second Round: First, stand-up skirmishes changing fortune. Second half of the round Henderson is via GNP. In the round break you can see the similarity between Rich Franklin and Jim Carrey disappear. Anderson gave him the Michael Jackson nose, Hendo provides the fitting Coleman forehead.
third Round: Hendos condition disappears clear why he relies on his rings organizational skills. He brings Franklin back to the ground and tried to fight on points to win. But Rich can free himself and from then determined the fight standing up. 40 seconds before the end of the fight Hendos lost his left index finger in Franklin's right eye. Franklin is now painfully to the ground, a murmur goes through the audience during the replays. As always terribly bad, but as a person very sympathetic, Referee Dan Miragliotta Franklin granted no respite. After discussion with Marc Ratner Rich gets at least two minutes.
It is a disgrace that mean stitches in the eye (even unintentional) no automatic point deduction. Too much has happened in the past. Nakao permanently blind after Gordeau fight, Anthony Johnson had to undergo an eye operation recently.
The fight was then starting secondary and unfortunately left a sour aftertaste to an event that was otherwise better than expected.

Winner: Dan Henderson by split decision
